To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase will be required.

To ensure your macramé products live a long a happy life, please take care of them correctly.

Hand wash in luke warm water with a mild detergent (no bleach). Rinse well in clean water. Use a towel to soak up as much of the water as possible (you can roll it up in the towel) and then hang up to air dry.
